The first such chart was dedicated to Jusup Wilkosz, a world-class German bodybuilder who died in 2019. We have also dedicated a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mytrs.at\/blog\/en\/thank-you-jusup\/\">separate blog post<\/a> to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, the figures of other personalities have also been added  \u2013  all of them are gradually being introduced on Instagram: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"www.instagram.com\/mytrs_fitness (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mytrs_fitness\" target=\"_blank\">www.instagram.com\/mytrs_fitness<\/a> (hashtag #mytrsbodydiagram)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Note: If you do not want to use Instagram, you can also find these pictorial representations with short texts on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mytrs.at\/blog\/mytrs-on-instagram\/\">special page<\/a> here in the myTRS blog.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>How do I select my body diagram?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since this possibility of different body diagrams was not originally intended in myTRS, the setting is located in a somewhat hidden position. In the main menu under &#8222;User&#8220; \/ &#8222;My Data&#8220; you can open the &#8222;Show \/ hide configuration&#8220; section and enter the word bodyJW (case sensitive!) in the &#8222;Secret codes&#8220; field below. The next time your body diagram is displayed, you should see the figure of Jusp Wilkosz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Note: If you only want to switch between the male and female standard image, you can do so a bit further down. No secret code needs to be entered for these standard charts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>The body diagram: Center of myTRS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The body diagram in myTRS is therefore the first place to go to get a quick overview of the current situation. Which muscles are suitable to be exposed to a new build-up stimulus today? And which muscles should be able to continue the growth process without being disturbed by early training?
