Hartes Training verursacht mikroskopisch kleine Sch\u00e4den in der Muskulatur. Die m\u00fcssen im ersten Schritt repariert werden, bevor der Muskel daran gehen kann, mit einer \u00fcberschie\u00dfenden Wiederherstellung weiterzumachen. Das bedeutet: Es wird versucht, einen st\u00e4rkeren bzw. massigeren Zustand herbeizuf\u00fchren als vor dem Training. Yes, but only after that!  And therefore it is important not to interrupt the growth by too early  workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Building strength and muscle mass takes time. And no matter how you want it: the biochemical processes involved cannot be accelerated at will. And the stupid thing about it is that the next training session too soon takes away a part of the hoped-for build-up success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">But why is that? Hard training causes microscopic damage to the muscles. These have to be repaired in the first step before the muscle can start to go on with overshooting recovery. This means: An attempt is made to bring about a stronger or more massive condition than before the training.
